義大利沙拉 Italian Salad

材料 Ingredients
羅馬生菜 Romaine lettuce 1顆 head
葡萄番茄 Grape Tomato 1/2 杯 cup
洋菇 Button mushroom 1/2 杯 cup
烤彩椒 Roasted color pepper 1/2 杯 cup
去核青橄欖 Pitted green olive 12 顆 ea
馬茲瑞拉起司 Mozzarella cheese 1/4杯 cup
義大利油醋汁 Italian Vinaigrette 1 份 portion

做法:
1.羅馬生菜逐葉洗乾淨後切成小塊。番茄洗乾淨後与生菜一起用除水器除水或用紙巾擦乾。洋菇洗乾淨後馬上擦乾再切成薄片。烤彩椒切成寬條。馬茲瑞拉起司刨成絲。
2.準備好義大利油醋汁。
3.將適量地中海油醋汁与生菜,番茄,洋菇和彩椒拌勻,再撒上橄欖和馬茲瑞拉起司即可。



PROCEDURE
1. Wash the romaine lettuces leaf by leaf. Cut them into small pieces. Wash the grape tomatoes. Dry the lettuces and tomatoes in a salad spinner or with paper towels. Rinse the mushrooms and dry them immediately. Cut them into thin slices. Cut the roasted peppers into wide strips. Shred the mozzarella cheese.
2.Prepare the Italian Vinaigrette.
3.Mix proper amount of the Italian Vinaigrette with the vegetables. Sprinkle with the olives and crumbled Feta cheese.
